Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain soymilk or rice milk
  • 2 oranges ½ cup grated coconut
  • 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Juice oranges or remove seeds and peel and cut into chunks. Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
